Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms
1. General Policy
- Personalized & Custom Items: We do not accept returns or refunds for personalized items, engraved Jewelry, any custom-made products, any of our wood signs, candles, car diffusers, any engraved products. These are final sale.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 business day of delivery. Include photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for damages during shipping or for packages sent to an incorrect address. If your item is damaged, contact us immediately with photos to initiate a claim.
2. Clothing & Home Goods
- Eligibility: Non-customized clothing items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- How to Return: Email us at fridabaecostaff@gmail.com to request a return. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). Do not send items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Refunds: Approved returns will receive store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available. Store credit will be issued within 48-72 hours of receiving the returned item. Note: Return shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit amount.
3. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom items (e.g., wood signs, custom engraving of items including Jewelry, tumbler, cups, patches, notebooks, etc.)
- Candles and car diffusers.
- Jewelry (bracelets, earrings, rings, anklets, etc.).
- All sale items and gift cards.
4. Wood Signs
- All Sales Final: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our wood signs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully and email us at fridabaecostaff@gmail.com with any questions before purchasing.
- Processing Time: Wood signs typically take 2-4 weeks to process and ship. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
- Damages: Inspect your wood sign immediately upon arrival. If it’s damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos and your order number to initiate a claim.
5. Cancellations
- Time Frame: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as production may have already begun.
6. Exchanges
- Process: To exchange an item, return the original item following the return process above. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.
- Store Credit: Exchanges are processed as returns, and store credit will be issued for the returned item.
